Flight or ramp line Air Data Test Sets
D. Marchiori(DMA) produce various RVSM Air Data Test Set models for troubleshooting, flow testing and certification of aircraft pitot-static systems. - pitot static systems
The attribute abundant MPSXX Air Data Test Set variety empower rapid calibration of altimeters, airspeed indicators, Mach gauges, vertical speed indicators, Air Data Computers (ADC), testing of Angle of Attack (AoA) system probes and other avionic pitot-static components. Characteristics include:
RVSM compatible
Digitally controlled
Controlled from keyboard or computer interface
Accurate pressure detectors used to attain high precision
Pumps hour 5,000
Optional output interfaces and pitot isolators and internal multiple static
Battery power
Straightforward user interface
Programmable user test sequences
Bluetooth remote control
USB port for USB memory device to download test programs and store results
Automatic calibration applications (with PAMBX transfer standard)
Extensive variety of options
Quick warm-up
Double channel instruments in the range include the ultra compact MPS43 that weighs under providing automatic control that is complete with RVSM accuracy. The MPS45, as well as our latest civil range ADTS we additionally have the MPS34C that provides lab correctness on the flightline. The 3 station series of devices control three pressures individually and independently to confirm the Angle of Attack (AoA) together with Static Electricity and Pitot pressures, to be used with 'Smart' type pitot tubes. Our latest 3 channel instrument is the MPS49 with the MPS39C also being available. The MPS40C is a 4 station ADTS with 2 channels of AoA.
MPS49 test sets and the newest MPS45 offer up to 12 switched output ports, drawn-out calibration time and other improved specifications and capabilities.
An extensive variety of choices can be found for the Air Data Test Sets with some models pre-configured with specific choices:
28 VDC operation
IEEE488 control (RS232 control is standard on most models)
ARINC429 interface
Bluetooth control
Ethernet and Wi Fi interfaces
Multiple isolated pitot and static output signals controlled from your keypad
ADWIN software for PC control
Expanded ranges of 850 or 1,000 kts
Internal battery
External battery to extend battery life
Outside vacuum supply and pressure
All the ramp/flight line ADTS are mobile and can also be used in the laboratory. ADWIN PC applications enables control of the evaluation systems from a standard PC. In all models low power consumption allows the highest precision available now and creates heat that is minimal. Optionally the ADTS can be remotely controlled by a tablet PC with Bluetooth connection (no cables required). The user interface ensures all the functions are easily controlled with no less than key strokes. The devices are prepared to be used and within the correctness band at the decision of the initialisation / self evaluation process.
All the Air Data Test Sets available as an option or have battery power either fitted as standard. This enables the evaluation sets to be operated away from ac power or to continue to be used during power failure. The streamlined MPS43 has battery power just for safe return to earth states.
All versions are furnished complete with internal pumps working 'on demand' to reach low electrical power consumption and maximum life duration. Noise level is really low, a welcome attribute when the ADTS can be used in the workshop.
30 User evaluation profiles are programmable and executable with 26 test points, empowering persistent evaluations for example FAR43 testing to readily be performed with high repeatability.
Calibration is accomplished through user correction of calibration constants with no requirement for hardware adjustments.

Lab Air Data Test Sets
DMA is a leading manufacturer of Air Data Test Set models for lab use achieving the highest accuracy and resolution. The MPS46 is digitally controlled through a keyboard, it uses very high precision pressure detectors, with a special characterisation for maximum accuracy (for static channel 2 feet at sea level). The intuitive user interface with touch screen display ensures that all the functions are controlled with at least key presses . The ADTS can be used in avionics ATE systems (stand height only 2U) for automated pitot-static testing through RS232, USB, Ethernet or GPIB/IEEE488. An internal pump or external rack mounted pump unit can be furnished as an option. - pitot static systems
